This special demo lets you see the Customer Experience AND the Business Experience — all in one walkthrough, using our Panevino Ristorante demo account.
1. Try a 5-Star Response
On the survey page, give 5 stars. You can click a review-site icon to see how it works — but please do NOT actually post a review there (this is a demo, not a real customer visit).
2. Then Try a Non-5-Star Response
Hit your browser Back button and try a rating under 5 stars. Type some pretend feedback in the box — that feedback is captured privately, exactly as it would be for a real guest.
3. Get Your Demo Reward Email
You'll receive a reward email at the address you entered. It asks you to "share it to get it" — that's how FAVE rewards activate.
4. Share It (to Fave only!)
Share your reward to Name: Fave at 323 312 5626 — NOT a real friend. This is not a real reward, so we don't want it multiplying friend-to-friend. (In this demo it's blocked from spreading anyway.)
5. Activate & Redeem
Once your reward is activated, go ahead and redeem it — just as a real customer would at the restaurant.
6. See BOTH Sides
Because this is a unique "customer AND client" demo, your inbox also receives the Review Alerts: your 5-star review-site pick, your non-5-star feedback, who you shared to, and when you redeemed. Both sides of the experience — all yours to see.
Nothing you do here affects any real customer, review, or reward.
